That credit never expires as long as your account remains active (at least one appointment in the trailing 18 months). It applies to any service we offer: wellness exams, vaccinations, prescription refills, or our annual preventive care package.

We don't cap your referrals. If you refer eight neighbors and all eight book visits, you earn $200 in credit. We've had clients who effectively covered an entire year of their pet's care this way — not because we engineered a pyramid, but because word travels fast when something works.

You can check current service coverage at any time from your account dashboard. If a friend's zip code is borderline, send the link anyway — we'd rather have the conversation than have them miss out.
